We are now looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the paybox team to achieve revenue quotas through the sale of our mobile commerce products and services by channel partners as well as sales to direct end users.
The right individual will complement our existing global sales force by leveraging his/her past experience and existing relationships to develop and manage a network of value-added resellers and other channel partners targeting mobile operators and financial service providers.
Primary end user markets include mobile operators, financial services, as well as media and content sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining senior level relationships with customers and channel partners
- Developing and executing sales strategies and business plans to ensure growth and quota objectives are achieve
- Identifying, monitoring and providing timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
- Researching, monitoring and communicating status of competitive market landscape
- Providing training and positioning to partners to facilitate promotion and positioning of The Company's products in specified markets
- Providing support to channel partners for large sales opportunities
- Supporting the implementation processes and assisting in providing solutions as required
- Providing support for successful new product introductions and sales initiatives through both informal and formal content delivery methods
- Collaborating with marketing teams in the development of marketing plans to increase awareness of The Company's products
- Interface with sales, marketing, services, development and alliances to craft the best value proposition
- Learn/maintain in-depth knowledge of our Mobile Commerce products and services - as well as competitors and industry trends
- Travel 35-50%
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience to include indirect sales with one tier and two tier channel partners, resellers, VARS and direct end users
- Must reside in the sales territory which includes the North America
- Strong drive toward attainment of goals and proven track record of quota achievement
- Strong experience in consultative and complex sales of telecommunications and/or financial products and solutions
- Superior written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to deliver a persuasive business message to channel partners and end user prospects
- Sales experience in the areas of financial services or mobile services is preferred
- Ability to draw on a network of existing relationships in order to quickly establish revenue producing relationships
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
